Help Stop Hazing

UCLA Community

At UCLA the safety, dignity, and well-being of every member of our community remain our highest priorities. We are committed to fostering an environment where all students that are part of our Bruin Community can thrive—free from harm, intimidation, or abuse, including an environment from hazing.

Hazing has no place in our community. Whether in student organizations, athletic teams, or informal gatherings, each of us has a role to play in recognizing, reporting and preventing harmful behavior. Upholding our values requires active participation—by standing up for one another and by choosing leadership rooted in respect and care.

Whether you're a member of a student organization, athletic team, performance group, or any other campus community, your voice and actions matter. Hazing—no matter how subtle or unintentional—can cause lasting harm. You have the power to help shape a culture where every student feels safe, included, and respected.
