Transparency Report

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report summarizes fundings concerning any established or recognized organization found to be in violation of UCLA's policies related to hazing. The report will be updated biannually and will include:

  • The name of the student organization
  • A general description of the violation that resulted in a final decision of finding of responsibility
    • Including:
      • Whether the violation involved the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs
      • The findings of the University
      • Any sanctions placed on the student organization
  • The dates on which:
    • The incident was alleged to have occurred
    • The investigation into the incident was initiated
    • The investigation ended with a finding that a hazing violation occurred
    • The student organization was notified that the incident resulted in a hazing violation

2025 UCLA Report (published on December 23, 2025)

The University will maintain entries concerning hazing violations on the Transparency Report for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years.

Annual Security Report

More information regarding the hazing policies and procedures can be found in the 2025 Annual Security & Fire Report. Hazing statistics for the calendar year 2025 will be included in the 2026 Annual Security & Fire Report, which will be published on or before October 1, 2026. Please note that the statistics provided within the Annual Security and Fire Report will likely differ from those disclosed within the Campus Hazing Transparency Report.
